Founder & Director
Pushpa Bhagyam TRV is inherently a creative and passionate coach; She has an engineering foundation from B.Tech (Industrial Biotechnology), MBA (HR and Marketing). She is also a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations- PDGPR. A Green Belt in Six Sigma - Exemplar Global, Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming – NFNLP certified, USA, and various other personal development certifications from across the world. Pushpa is an effective process-oriented, and efficient result-driven consultant who has been ensuring quality and efficiency in every single project she undertakes.
PULL|factor is the brainchild of Pushpa Bhagyam who is inherently a service-oriented individual and is a creative and passionate coach.She has also been working with differently abled for entrepreneurship development. She delivers Menstrual Hygiene training for Trainers and Self-help Group Women (SHG) both in urban and rural context. She was the founder of ‘YouthBliss Public Charitable Trust’ founded in 2007 for art-based learning interventions for children and youth, working with cancer and HIV infected children in orphanages.
Pushpa Bhagyam started her career as an Application Developer at i|Nautix, affiliate of Bank of New York Melon. She later joined Barry Wehmiller International Resources, where she led training delivery for Barry Wehmiller University India. She excelled as a City Mission Manager, National Urban Livelihood Mission, Ministry of HRD working in LWE district, Balrampur-Ramanujganj, Chhattisgarh.
Pushpa Bhagyam has delivered HR practice session as part of a learning block for budding entrepreneurs. She has been facilitating Women Empowerment Programs and has been working towards Women Entrepreneurship Development and leadership. She facilitated 5-day Personal Branding Program for corporates. She has delivered a PAN India program TOT – Sales Guru. Pushpa has customised Learning and Leadership Development modules for various projects in Govt. of Chhattisgarh that includes Developing Master trainers for Jungle Safari Nandanvan - Naya Raipur, Branding and Training of Tourism Policing by engaging communities in Bastar through BEST COP training programs (Bastar Ensures Safe Tourism through Community Oriented Policing), etc.
Pushpa delivered placement training and various programs like Working with communities, Business English Communication to college students. Pushpa is also a visiting faculty to many colleges and universities for Management Related courses like International Business, Managerial Communications, Organisation Development, etc.
Pushpa personally delivers various flagship programs - Mindfulness based Stress Management, Kaizen, Lean Management, Personal Branding, Brand Management, Leadership, Best HR Practices, Women Entrepreneurship Development at PULL|factor to select clientele.
Yogesh Kumar Rao

Yogesh is the founder of Even Cargo(2016), India's first women-only e-commerce logistics company. Delhi OYE (2014) is also founded by Yogesh which is an organization working towards creating a gender just society. Yogesh's work has been recognized and appreciated by international and national media like NY Times, The New Yorker, BBC and NDTV among others. His commitment and dedication towards the cause of women empowerment and gender parity have helped him achieve acknowledgment by reputed institutions. His Acumen India Fellowship, TISS DBS Fellowship, and Unltd India Fellowship are among his various other accomplishments. Yogesh is the winner of Young Social Entrepreneur Award given by Singapore International Foundation (Singapore) in 2015. This year Commonwealth, UK has selected him as one of the five Asia Region Winners for the Commonwealth Youth Awards for Excellence in Development Work 2018.
Yogesh is a gold medalist for Research with a Master's Degree in Social Entrepreneurship from TISS, Mumbai. He took guest lectures for various universities and institutions like Ambedkar University Delhi, National Career Service run by Ministry of labour and employment GOI and in his present capacity, he is taking lectures for University Grant Commission on Social Entrepreneurship (telecasted live on DD VYAS channel) "
