CUSTOMISED CORPORATE LEARNING

PULL|factor offers tailor made learning and leadership development solutions for organisations. We believe in the amalgamation of traditional adult learning theories with latest learning methodologies. Our Customised corporate learning and development programs are aimed at Professional Development by building the skill sets of the associates and keeping them abreast of the best practices in their domain. These interventions when planned carefully will positively impact the organisation by creating the optimum culture where associates can manifest their new behaviours. This also enables associates to think creatively and bring in new ideas which can drive business performance. We at PULL|factor have successfully played a major role in retention of employees and promote increased responsibility in the associates who have participated in our L&D interventions. ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Entrepreneurship Development Coaching is aimed for Women and Start-ups to hone their skills as they venture into their entrepreneurial journey. At PULL|factor we coach on developing the necessary skills to face challenges with a positive outlook. Here we also focus on Women Empowerment, Gender Equity, Leadership Development. There are customised programs that we deliver for differently abled, marginalised communities, Self Help Groups(SHG) and LGBTQ+ in association with NGOs, NPOs, PSU, Corporate CSR projects and Government.

The purpose of the Skill Development Training is to work in association with the stakeholders to provide the right training intervention for the trainees. CORPORATE READINESS PROGRAM

PULL|factor offers Corporate Readiness Program to colleges, universities, and also as a Public Workshop. The PULL|factor's Corporate Readiness Program consists of the following activities which is planned for the students right from the time they enter in to college/ university. It has been observed that in the final semester, when students work on their CV, majority have expressed the inability to showcase their achievements. There is hardly any scope of improvement for further development in the CV. This timely intervention of the corporate readiness program by PULL|factor prepares the students to work on building their personality right from the first day and with ample time they also develop team building and employable skills. For final year students’ mock sessions are also conducted in addition to the regular sessions. Specialised classes are also offered to differently abled, marginalised communities, LGBTQ+, etc.
